Preparation and Usage
Method
1. Add some water to Alagappa’s Rava Thosai Mix and stir it and keep aside for 1/2 hour. If required add some sour milk (Thairu).
2. Pour the mixture a litter at a time on a thosai pan and spread to form a thosai. Turn the thosai on both sides and when cooked to golden and crispy remove….
3. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
