Ingredients
Rice (38%), Black gram Dal, Maida, Rice flakes, Edible vegetable fat,
Salt, Raising Agent (INS500ii), Acidity Regulator (INS 296), Fenugreek.
How to cook
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup
water and ? cup sour curd to form batter.
- Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Spread sufficient batter on
hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides.
- Roast till golden brown.
Serve hot.
