Rice, Black gram Dal, Maida, Salt, Edible
vegetable fat, Rice flakes, Fenugreek, Acidity regulator (INS 296), Raising
agent (INS 500ii).
How to cook
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water and ? cup sour curd to form
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp
oil to the sides.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves
- Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
