Returns & Refund Policy – Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We take every care to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and packed to arrive in the perfect condition however on rare occasions an incorrect or damaged item maybe delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your orders, please contact us immediately once you receive the orders, contact us by calls or WhatsApp. If the product has been used or damaged by customer, there will not be any refund.
We will contact within one working day to advise you of the steps you need to take. Please do not return the item to us until you have had a response as we may ask you to send us a photograph detailing the damage or wrong item.
Our aim is to complete customer satisfaction so we will send a replacement or process a refund if required as soon as possible but in certain circumstances, TheBig3 reserves the right to request the return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund. Once we have checked and confirmed the good/product, the customer will receive their refund in terms of “bank transfer” within 14 Working days or TheBig3 “E-voucher” will receive instantly on day of delivery after the confirmation from our account’s department.
